Steve-o.....

Yeah, we heard two days ago about Steve Irwin. Damn.....so stories abound about his conservationism(is that a word yet?), his love of all animals and his total honesty in front of the camera. We've always known that, and even when the media took the "incident" in 2004 to extremes, turns out he's a damn good father. Ah shit, he WAS...just like the rest of the world, I waited for the bad joke to end, for Steve to issue a statement or something...and just like that he was gone. Ian asked if "they were still gonna have shows". And just the other day I explained what a "re-run" is. "Only in re-runs." gad...

Living life to its fullest only guarantees a full life while you're living it. It IS the journey after all. Not the prize at the end. He musta known that. Of course his legacy will live forever. So much he gave. That's a life of its own, tho...isn't it?

Anyhow, thanks more than cyberbabble can say Steve. My children know so much about and have a greater love for animals thanks to you.

I only hope Jeff Corwin stops touching spiders...heh
